This notice explains what Kleinfeld Law collects through this site and how it is used.

What is collected

If you send the contact form, the office receives the name, email, phone number, date and message you enter. The site's host also keeps standard server logs, such as browser type and pages visited.

How it is used

Only to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before taking a matter. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Messages from people who do not become clients are deleted within a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
